Returns

30 days from delivery, unworn, with tags. Ear filters are returnable unopened only, for hygiene. We pay return postage on faults; you pay it on change of mind.

Items bought through an affiliate link are returned to that merchant under their policy, not ours. The merchant is named on the order.

Accessibility

Every scene has a text inventory covering the same products. Nothing is purchasable only through the scene. Markers are keyboard-reachable with visible focus, and all motion is disabled when your device requests reduced motion.

Known limits

Scene art is decorative and not described in detail; the text inventory is the equivalent route. Sound is never played automatically.
